Pure Air Control Services Inc., to showcase health, comfort and energy efficiency at the Florida Association of Physical Plant Managers (FLAPPA) 2018 Educational Conference
Clearwater FL, Higher Education, now more than ever, is focusing on the well-being of their students and staff as well as keeping their operating costs low through energy savings initiatives. We spend 90% of our time within indoor environments and recent studies from Harvard University have directly linked cognitive function and test scores to Indoor Air Quality (IAQ). Beyond that, it is well known that as much as 65% of the energy costs of a building are related to the HVAC system. Facility pros attending this year’s FLAPPA Educational Conference will have the opportunity to learn how services from Pure Air Controls can effectively address both areas of interest.
Pure Air Control Services Inc., will be talking about how they have helped their university clientele to improve IAQ and energy efficiency at Booth 23. On display will be their three specialized divisions, Building Sciences, Environmental Diagnostics Laboratory, and Building Remediation Sciences. Each of these teams works in tandem to provide testing, analysis and engineered solutions to improve a building’s IAQ and HVAC system performance.
At the booth will be an interactive HVAC evaporator coil display that demonstrates the efficacy of Pure Air’s proprietary PURE-Steam coil cleaning method and shows the benefits of their HVAC New Life total hygienic restoration. IAQ Solutions Specialists will be on hand to discuss case studies that outline the tremendous improvements to IAQ and energy savings PURE-Steam provided to higher educational institutions like Florida State University, Georgia Tech, and University of South Florida. Finally, the Pure Air Controls team will be available to discuss the easy procurement options available through their cooperative purchasing contracts with Florida Buy/PAEC, E&I and TIPS.
