The IFMA O&M H&S Community, OMHS, presents a one-hour panel of industry leaders engaged daily in designing, configuring and operating HVAC with a view to safety and comfort of building occupants, and confidence in air quality. As the pandemic progressed toward more contagious variants and phases, FMs blocked droplets projected by breath and speech, cleaned surfaces, worked with masks and use of spaces, adjusted air flow and exchange, and filtered and treated air. ASHRAE tracked the science and guidelines. Industry specialists already involved with IAQ came to the forefront. Here is a chance to meet and talk with several in an open panel.

Program

Join OHMS President Ben Goudy and a panel of industry experts in an open discussion of the state of knowledge and practice in managing Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) from a safety point of view. Discussion will focus on design, configuration, and operation aspects in consideration of air suspended virus particles as the Delta variant continues its spread.
