National Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (NCPA) is a leading national government purchasing cooperative working to reduce the cost of goods and services by leveraging the purchasing power of public agencies in all 50 states. NCPA utilizes state of the art procurement resources and solutions that result in cooperative purchasing contracts that ensure all public agencies are receiving products and services of the highest quality at the lowest prices. There are over 90,000 agencies nationwide from both the public and nonprofit sectors that are eligible to utilize NCPA’s cooperative purchasing contracts.

The contract was awarded to Building Health Check, LLC, a division of Pure Air and allows NCPA members to purchase UVC autonomous robots and stationary building disinfection devices from Building Health Check, LLC under a competitively bid and awarded contract. The contract also provides for consultative and prescriptive indoor air quality services including IAQ testing to determine baseline conditions, recommendations for the type and number of UV-C devices or other air purification technologies, as well as remedial services to fix IAQ issues.

Panhandle Area Education Consortium (PAEC) and their Florida Buy Program partners with the Association of Educational Purchasing Agencies (AEPA) to leverage the purchasing power of schools in more than half the country ease the procurement of our IAQ testing and remediation services. This agency offers contracts awarded through Washington County School District (FL) that are available to all Florida schools (K-12, colleges, and universities), municipalities, county governments and non-profit organizations. Costars PA DGS CooperativePennsylvania City, County and State Agencies, Plus school districts and higher education

COSTARS is the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s cooperative purchasing program and serves as a conduit through which registered and eligible local public procurement units (LPPUs) and state-affiliated entities (together “Members”) are able to leverage contracts established by DGS to cost-effectively and efficiently identify suppliers with whom to do business.

Pure Air Control Services contract is under COSTARS-8 Maintenance, Repair, & Operation Equipment & Supplies (“MRO”). As such, all IAQ, Laboratory and HVAC and Building Remediation services provided by Pure Air Controls fall under the purview of the contract.
